After a lot of frustration, I realized that the problem wasn't the number of people on my team. The problem was the caliber of people I had enrolled. I had been spending all of my effort on quantity rather than quality of people. Too few team members were productive.

Many top notch people who are used to earning considerable incomes are worried about being downsized or laid off. Many professional people have lost their jobs.. More good people than ever are looking for another source of income.
