The stock market is down 40% from last year. real estate is down over 30% nationally. Everyone is currently scared to invest in anything. The financial press is telling us on a daily basis that financial investments are very “risky” and we should be careful with our money. Madoff stole $60 billion from investors. But either way the price drops have slowed dramatically and in many states have gone up in recent months. The “Press” did not tell you that bit of good news did they. This can easily shown to be the bottom and an historic buying opportunity at discounted prices. Nobody wants to buy at highs and here is your inventor's opportunity to get in at the bottom.
- Investments returns on most CD's and money markets are less than 3% versus private money investing providing investors with return in the 9% to 15% range. This should not be a tough sell to someone looking to retire in the next decade or two.
- There many motivated sellers today including banks and people about to be foreclosed on and they can provide you the real estate investors with great deals and your investor even more cushion in their investments.
- Many people are predicting a huge spike up in inflation over the coming years and real estate does very well in this type of environment and should also go up in price.
Offer an alternative to the train wreck on Wall Street. Now is the time to be offering a local, sound investment opportunity to investors. There are many compelling reasons why investing in your real estate investing business make more sense today and you just need to tell people the above reasons for investing with you.
