Crafting a Compelling Elevator Speech

Your elevator speech is a verbal business card or billboard. In order for it to be effective it must be compelling. You want it to draw in the prospect yet leave them wanting to know more.

It is one sentence, two at the most, and serves as your benefit statement. Your elevator speech needs to be just what its name implies, short enough to share on an elevator ride.

It should provide clear, jargon-free information about who you are, what you do and what's in it for the prospect.

Craft your elevator speech when you have a crystal clear picture of your business. Simply stating your industry and title is too vague. You must be able to articulate the main problem your specific type or business focus solves for your target market.

Opportunities in Real Estate Advertising and Real Estate Classifieds

Do you want to unleash the true potential of your property with online real estate classifieds? Whether you opt for real estate advertising for a residential property or go about in search of buyers for your commercial venture, placing a real estate classified must top your to-do list. Before placing your ad, make sure that your property is in good condition. So, fix up those things that you have been neglecting for long. It can be anything, from a leakage in your wall to a defective light bulb.

In the business of real estate, first impression is indeed the most lasting impression. Studies reveal that 50 percent of buying decisions are generally made within the first 60 seconds after buyers enter the house. The first impression is what triggers an immediate response to the house or property. So, a new paint job, set of new plants or even new shutter can do wonders to enhance the overall appeal of your house or property.

The Coach With The Best Inner Game Wins

From the Wisdom Vault…

The Coach with the Best Inner Game Wins!

Why do some coaches fill their practice with ideal clients in a few months, while others may take years? I’ve been studying this a long time. And, rarely is the answer what you might think.

- It’s not that they are more skillful coaches.

- It’s not that they have more experience in marketing or know all the right people.

- It’s not that they have a slick website or say the perfect words to prospects.

- It’s not even the niche market they’ve chosen.

It comes down to the way they value themselves.

Start with a Powerful Inner Game

Pre-set Insurance And Annuity Appointments Are Worthless

I mean they really stink and anyone who falls for this scam is going to be the loser. As insurance salespeople we all need people to tell our story to. Many of us use direct mail, seminars, referrals and many other sources. Then comes the one we all want, someone to set appointments for us so we only have to show up.

The need for an easy way to get appointments opens up the scam or easy money people. These “marketers” are ready and willing to sell us what we want, appointments. They promise at least two appointments a day with people eager to meet and discuss their financial affairs. They promise that the appointments will hold and they also promise a certain number will be a sale.

Promotional Conference Folders Make A Statement

It doesn’t matter whether this is your first professional conference as an exhibitor or vendor or whether you have exhibited at hundreds of conferences, knowing how to plan for the conference and the promotional items you will give away is an important skill to learn.

Most of the time a vendor has a table or booth at the conference where they can display their materials and products. You will most often find that vendors have what are called promotional conference folders as a part of the promotional materials. Promotional conference folders are really no different than folders in general except that they have been specially designed for the current conference. This happens by having the name of the conference printed on the folders along with the name, logo and business information of the company or business exhibiting.
