How to calculate pain and suffering? This is a difficult and controversial issue. When you are in a car accident, the insurance company wants to get a written document that releases any and all claims against the person that caused your damages and injuries. To get that release, the insurance

adjuster must compensate you adequately.

You are entitled to special damages (medical bills, wage loss, medicine, etc.) and general damages (pain and suffering, loss of consortium, physiological injuries, etc.) Most of the time, calculating the Special Damages is not very difficult and there is not much debate over the value of the medical bills, wage loss, and other medical expenses. You can add them all up and submit your receipts. However, calculating general damages, which includes pain and suffering, can be very difficult.

Insurance

How much is your headache worth? Depends who you ask. If you ask the insurance adjuster, she will tell you about . If I ask you, then it is probably worth much more than that.

Personal injury attorneys use the medical bills or all “special damages” as a way to calculate general damages. Some multiply the medical bills by two, other by three or even four times (depends in your

jurisdiction). This is only a rule of thumb. The insurance adjuster will fight you and will tell you that that is not an accurate way to calculate pain and suffering. There are no laws that will give you a formula to calculate the value of the injury.

Simply multiplying your medical bills will not yield an accurate number. You could have an injury with medical bills of ,000 but the pain and suffering be worth much more than three or even four times that value. For example, a fifteen year old girl that suffers a cut in her face, leaving a scar from her eye to her chin. Medical bills for stitches and cleaning the wound might not be very much, but the psychological injury of growing up with such injury could be worth much more.

Multiplying the medical bills is not very accurate when assessing the value of pain and suffering, however it can guide you. Remember that there are many more claim than just “pain and suffering” in a car accident. You can ask for loss of consortium, loss of earning capacity, loss of quality of life, etc. For a detailed list and explanation of each type of claim, visit http://www.auto-insurance-claim-advice.com/bodily-injury-claim.html. All of these claims can add to a lot of money. Most people forget to ask for any of those types of damages. Insurance companies do not explain the process and they just want a release for any and all claims, including all those damages you forgot or did know to ask for. Insurance companies do this on purpose. Be aware.

Insurance adjusters are ready to tell you that the value of the injury is separated from the accident itself. They are trained to argue that they are settling for the neck pain, not the fact that the total loss settlement

was low. They try to narrow the scope of the settlement. For example, they will tell you that the fact that the driver that hit was drunk is not accounted for because they are looking at pain and suffering. Your pain will not be more or less because someone else was drunk. If you were hit at the same speed and the

same conditions by a sober person, your pain and suffering would be the same (same impact, same injury).

The insurance adjuster would be correct; the pain would be the same. But remember that what the insurance company is doing is “buying your lawsuit”. Would the fact that a driver hit you while intoxicated increase the value a jury would award you? I think the answer is probably yes.

To get the most out for your pain and suffering, use the value of your medical bills, the circumstances surrounding the accident, the type of injury, similar cases jury awards, and all the bodily injury claims you

can make. Double check every argument the insurance adjuster is making. Make sure you are getting a fair treatment.

Selling sex toys is becoming more and more acceptable as sex toys make their appearances in mainstream media via publications, cable TV shows and radio talk shows. Some sex toy consultants start their own company by purchasing products directly from online suppliers. Hosting parties can be fun and unique whether in the comfort of your own home or at a nice hotel room with your friends. Sex toy consultants can earn anywhere from 0 to 00 per party and it’s a fun idea for bachelorette parties, bridal showers and birthday parties or even a great way to start the girls night out on the town!

As with any home business there are basics and if you follow and implement into your business the chance of your success go up dramatically. With over 20 years of experience I will focus on specific areas of business that you can integrate into your business as a sex toy consultant.

Business Plan

In this article I focus on three things you can do right now using video to market your sex toy consultant business.

1. Creating a video is easy, and posting on YouTube is free. Shooting and creating a video for featuring a new product or one of your favorites is a great “teaser” before your sex toy party to get the “buzz” going. You can then either upload the video to YouTube as is or edit it with software such as iMovie or Windows Movie Maker to add titles and special effects. You might want to shoot from different angles with one or more cameras and then piece together the footage to create a unified final product.

This will give your final video a “polished” look and feel and come across as professional. But remember, less is usually more when it comes to special effects as they can take up much memory and slow computers when viewing. Set up a free YouTube account and when you’re ready upload the video and share your new product like. Also, if you make a video template with text overlays this will be great for easy and fast editing your next product release.

2. Your video should be no longer than three minutes (preferably shorter). Imagine and think about the commercials we watch everyday on cable and TV. Many commercials are a standard 30 seconds to one minute. Anything over one minute is considered long in the advertising world. Think short and give people three things to remember about your video. If you have several products you would like to promote consider making a series with a creative edge. This is where you start to brand yourself.

3. Tell everyone about your video! Soon after you upload your videos you will want to share the links with your audience. If you are looking to build a new online audience the key is repetition and quality content. Don’t get discouraged, just keep making new videos as it takes a while to build an audience. When you’re just getting started, make sure people know it’s there and can find it. Create links to your video from your home page, product pages, or online media room. Mention your video in your emails to friends about other product promotions.

The temporary staffing industry continues to expand, with yearly double-digit growth being commonplace. Companies find it convenient and cost-effective to work with a temporary staffing agency to fulfill unforeseen demand, fill short-term vacancies, and assist with changing workloads due to restructuring or mergers. Additionally, employers are enticed by the idea of “test driving” new employees to minimize risk and ensure a good match for permanent positions.

Many a job seeker has reaped great rewards from temporary staffing. Skilled but yet-inexperienced workers are able to get a foot in the door at prestigious companies, where a weak resume would have made it very difficult to be considered. Similarly, “drifters” (those who tend to rapidly drift from job to job) may be plagued by an overly-long resume. Temporary staffing services can be ideal for drifters, as they have the opportunity to work on short-term projects and move on without the negative repercussions. Retirees and college students are also very common candidates. A retired nurse may find enjoyment and extra income from a temporary medical staffing firm. A computer science major can gain valuable experience working with a technical agency.

Employment

Only a small number of personnel is required to handle recruiting and clientele. Even the largest international firms tend to function with small, mostly-independent branch offices serving specific regions. This modular structure means it is quite possible for a one-office temporary staffing agency to compete effectively with established firms.

Overall, the triple-benefit to clients, associates, and entrepreneurs has contributed to the phenomenal growth of the temporary staffing industry. Because of these advantages, it will remain an integral part of the employment process through good times and bad.

Start Up Costs and Financing Sources:

,000 to ,000

The startup and operating costs of a temporary staffing agency are much lower than many other businesses. The basic requirements are a small office with the typical supplies, a computer system with general accounting software and database software for organizing contracts, and the people skills to work with clientele and associates. It would not be impossible to start a temporary staffing agency on a shoestring budget of a few thousand dollars.

The largest business expense is payroll. It is common for associates to be paid by the agency before the agency is paid by the client. An account must be maintained with sufficient funds to cover payroll costs until bills are paid by the clients.

It is difficult – but not impossible – to get help from venture capitalists in covering part of the costs of setting up a temporary staffing agency. A well-researched, forward-looking business plan is essential.

Pricing Guidelines for Service:

Associates are paid by the hour, and the agency covers its costs by charging a premium to the amount billed to the client. The exact amount of the premium differs from case to case and can vary from 5% to 50% or more. Some associates are willing to work for less and some clients are willing to pay more, which when properly matched can result in very decent profits for the temporary staffing agency. The contract usually spells out a flat fee to be paid to the agency in the event that a client decides to permanently hire an associate.

Advertising and Marketing:

A competitive hurdle for small startups is that larger agencies already have established reputations and brand recognition. This is actually a minor obstacle because of the localized nature of the business. It is not necessary to wage a national marketing war to gain exposure for a new agency. An inexpensive and well-directed marketing campaign can quickly build a valuable reputation within the local operating region of the startup.

Essential Equipment:

An office (perhaps a home office) should be equipped with the standard office supplies and at least two telephone lines.

At least one computer system with accounting software and a database for keeping track of projects is mandatory. A printer is used for printing invoices and job listings, and a high-speed Internet connection connects the agency with online job search sites.

Many temporary staffing services have computers with tutorial software available to help associates to train their keyboarding and basic office software skills. These computers are also used to test the skills of applicants.

Income Potential:

Many billions of dollars are spent on temporary staffing services each year. A small, single-office agency can earn profits in the tens of thousands of dollars. The large, international firms rake in millions every year.

Target Market:

A temporary staffing agency is the middleman between two distinct markets: clients and associates.

It is usually not a difficult matter to reach hundreds of applicants with simple help wanted advertisements. More focus will probably be placed on connecting with client companies and convincing them that your services will help their businesses.

Certain industries seem more receptive to temporary staffing. Financial institutions and other office-centric companies are constantly seeking qualified office support staff. Factories frequently need labor for light industrial work, product assembly, and shipping and receiving tasks. Hospitals and clinics use temporary medical staffing to hire transcriptionists, certified nursing professionals, and other support staff. Increasingly, high-technology companies hire computer programmers, database specialists, and systems engineers on a temporary basis through agencies specializing in technical placements.

Tips for Success:

Develop a niche!

In larger markets, providers of temporary staffing services have found it useful to branch into niches such as temporary medical staffing, legal, financial, or technical fields. The focused nature of these agencies allows recruiters to build a pool of highly-educated, trained, and experienced associates who are able to provide the best service to clients within a particular industry.

A hospital executive would feel more comfortable contracting nurses from an agency dedicated to temporary medical staffing than from a one-stop-shop that also places welders, janitors, and filing clerks. This confidence also helps associates to command better wages than they might otherwise receive through a general-service temporary staffing agency.

Automate!

Much of the work of running a temporary staffing agency can be automated by computer software. Well-designed database software can ease the process of matching qualified associates with appropriate job openings. Accounting operations can be very heavily automated (but working closely with a good accountant is still advised). With these tools in place, just two major tasks remain: finding clients and finding associates.

Use your own services!

As the business grows, it will become necessary to add staff to handle the recruitment and marketing. That should never be difficult, since typically dozens or hundreds of qualified candidates are already in contact with the agency!

Training, Skills or Experience Needed:

Recruiters are at an advantage with a background in human resources, business management, and marketing. A degree is not essential for starting the business, but the knowledge gained through a business management program is immensely helpful. People skills are important, and can be learned through experience and self study. Numerous books have been published, specifically addressing temporary staffing as a business opportunity.

We are all very familiar with the daily routine; we wash our hair and then automatically pick up the hairdryer, flip the switch and there is the hot air to dry quickly and let us get on with the day. There are good reasons for people to dry their hair with a hairdryer, going out with wet hair especially in the winter can be bad for our health, and lead to catching colds and chills. Most people though will probably not have considered how a hairdryer works and how the design allows the user to blow out hot air without us burning our hair or head.

The fundamentals of a hairdryer are very simple, there are two main parts which are essential to the workings and these are heat and air. So how do hairdryers work, quite simply the two elements are pushed together and the hot air is pushed through the funnel and out in one direction from the device. The heat is generated from an element inside the hairdryer; this will heat up very quickly, but this is no use if all the hot air is contained within the unit, firstly it will get very hot too touch and secondly the hairdryer will not perform the task that it is supposed too. The second part is the fan to push the air out of the dryer; this is a very simple motor which rotates the fan to push out the air and then you can dry your hair. Most hairdryers will also allow you to turn off the heating element and blow out cold air should you so wish.

Work At Home

Many of the hairdryers today will allow the user to regulate the heat and control how hot the air is that comes out of the dryer. The hotter the heating element the hotter the air will be that is pushed through to dry the hair. The heat is regulated normally by a heating coil, when the dryer is connected to the mains the coiled wires will warm up and become hot. The coil (nichrome wire) is made up of a number of two different alloy metals these are, nickel and chromium, you can find these in any number of household items including toasters and kettles. These two elements make excellent heat conductors, and nichrome wire is a poor conductor of electricity and therefore the alloy is very heat resistant which allows it to get very hot.

Another important element is the nichrome wire does not rust or oxidize; this is critical and allows the hairdryer to function properly and for a longer time period. When the air is pushed through the main body of the hair dryer it is cold before it reaches the element, depending on how long the air takes to pass through the dryer will dictate how hot the air will be when it leaves the other end. The regulation switch for the temperature will speed up the fan or slow it down and this then allows the temperature to be set correctly.

If you’re thinking of opening a candy store, there are quite a few pieces of equipment you’ll need to display your candy in the most convenient, attractive, and effective ways.

Plastic Containers

Entrepreneur

If you really think about it, it might actually be impossible – or, at least, extremely difficult – to operate a candy store without plastic containers. From wrapped candies like Tootsie Rolls and Jawbreakers to unwrapped candies like gumballs and Lemon Drops, these containers are perfect for virtually every kind of candy.

Not only are plastic containers are quite durable, which makes them ideal for fast-paced stores that often have children as customers, but they’re also rather versatile. You can:

Find clear plastic containers and colored acrylic containers to match your candy store’s décor and create attractive candy displays.
Choose from an assortment of sizes to work best with the candy you want to sell and the space you have to work with.
Add accessories like lids and candy scoops to keep your candy safe and clean.
Refill your plastic containers with candy once they’re empty, or use them for an entirely different purpose like organizing merchandise in your stockroom or displaying non-edible items your candy store might also sell.

Glass Containers

Glass containers function in many of the same ways as plastic containers do. You can find them in a variety of shapes and sizes, and pair them with useful accessories like lids and scoops.

However, when you compare glass candy containers with plastic ones, you’ll find two major differences:

Glass containers are heavier and more easily broken, so they’re not always the best choices for candy stores that usually keep a regular stream of young children coming in and out of the store.
Glass containers add an elegant charm that plastic containers can’t always achieve, so they’re great for displaying gourmet candies in more upscale establishments.

Display Racks

Unless you plan to display all your candy within plastic or glass containers situated on your store’s countertop, you’re going to need a few display racks.

Candy store display racks are available in numerous styles, shapes, and sizes, the most common and versatile of which include wire display racks and wooden display racks designed for either floor or countertop displays. Unsurprisingly, wooden display racks work best with wooden baskets, and you can use wire display racks to showcase bags of candy that are able to stand alone or fill plastic containers with pieces of candy and then arrange the containers on the wire rack’s shelves.

Pre-Filled Candy Displays

Pre-filled candy displays are great for candy stores that are just getting started as well as those that stay quite busy and can’t always find the time to restock their displays.

Look for pre-filled candy displays in the following forms:

Gumball machines designed for floor displays or countertop displays with as few as one head or as many as eight heads. You can also find gumball machines filled with other kinds of loose, unwrapped candies like Skittles and M&Ms.
Lollipop trees tall enough to display on your floor or compact enough to situate on your countertop.
Candy filled display racks complete with traditional, novelty, or gourmet kinds of candies. You can find these racks small enough for your countertop, tall enough to act as floor displays, and large enough to essentially act as aisles in your candy store.

With so many free website builders available, it can be hard to determine what the best options are without actually trying them out. Website builders are tools that make designing a website much easier because they do not require the designer to create or edit any coding such as HTML, PHP, or CSS. There are two basic categories of website builders. The first are online tools that hosting companies share with their users to help create private websites. The other kind of website builder is a piece of software that is used on a PC or laptop and then uploaded to the server.

The offline option is often geared more towards professional website designers and will only offer free trials. While you can find free Website editors or HTML editors, these are not technically website builders because the user must do some coding in order to create the website. So all of the best website builders below are all online and found via specific companies that will host your website for free.

Business Builder

1. Google Sites. It should be no surprise with amount of free tools that Google has created that a website builder is one of them. Google’s website service makes it extremely easy to create a website using one of their templates and then modify the layout, look, and feel of your website with a simple drag and drop interface. Additionally, integrating other Google products such as Google Docs, RSS, and Google Calendar a snap.

2. Webs. Webs.com provides you with every tool that you will need to create a professional looking website within a matter of minutes. They have more than 300 templates to choose from and a very user friendly page editor. If you can use a word processor, then you can use their Page Editor. You can add new pages, enter text, add images and videos, insert widgets, and much more. Additionally, using their drag and drop interface, you can create columns, change the font size and colors, add sections, and more. You can even create a webstore with either PayPal or Google Checkout as the payment processor.

3. Wix. Wix stands out from the crowd because it allows you to create flash websites. Almost every free website maker will limit you to HTML only. The website service is completely based upon the drag and drop ability that Wix provides. Additionally, Wix has created a number of templates to make sure that your website is very search engine friendly. If you want to add some Flash to your website, then Wix might be the way to go. You simply find a template that you like and start editing.

Finding a free website builder can be a tall order if you do not know where to look. This is especially true if you are planning on creating a Flash website. Keep in mind that the best free website creators are tied to specific companies that will host your website for free. If you are looking to host your own website, on your own domain, then make sure that your hosting company provides a free website builder for you.

 The Best Free Website Builders

Jason Kay recommends reading user reviews and ratings of the best website builders to better choose the right one for you.

For a variety of different reasons companies often choose to adopt a “trading” name when running their business. A trading name is quite simply a business name adopted by a company. It may be used for a number of different reasons. Perhaps a company owner has decided that the registered company name is not as suitable as first thought or another name sounds better. Quite often multiple trading names may be adopted where a company is running a number of different businesses under the same umbrella. Whatever the case, there are a number of considerations to bear in mind when using a trading name.

For reasons of clarity, the law has imposed a number of requirements on those companies using trading names. These can be found in the Business Names Act 1985 and include regulations preventing a company from using a trading name which is the same as another business or from using one which might be deemed as confusing. Along similar lines when using trading names, a company must adhere to the rules on sensitive words. Sensitive words are those that are prohibited or prescribed from use to prevent companies from misleading the public. This prevents a business from passing itself off as a government organisation or authoritative body. Companies are also not allowed to use “limited” in their trading name as this would require registration of a company under that name.

Small Business

Where a company is using a trading name, it is legally required to make this fact clear. A notice on the business premises and on all communications must clearly state that the business is owned by the limited company. For example, ABC Limited trading as XYZ.

Due to the nature of the trading name, it is important to remember that it will not be registered and as such, will not have the same protection as the original limited company name. It is recommended that a when choosing a suitable trading name, a company carries out the same searches that it would have done during the company formation process. Search the Companies House database, scour your local business listings, and check the internet. It’s important not to use a name which is already in use by another business. It is also worth considering that a trading name might well be registered by another company as a limited company name at some point in the future. You may therefore wish to consider registering the trading name as a non-trading company in order to protect it.

Many companies operate successfully using trading names and it’s a perfectly common practice.

 "Trading As" – Company and Business Names

Get started building your empire and using a trading name by carrying out a Company Formation to create a limited company. Then use business trading names to expand your business.

Many Pittsburgh landlords are frustrated by the current state of landlord-tenant law, as many rights under current law are ceded to the tenant. Landlord frustration is especially evident in the city proper; Pittsburgh neighborhoods like Oakland and Bloomfield are filled with college students who can be noisy, negligent of property, or late with rent. However, a landlord has certain rights to his or her rental properties, and can require of tenants certain actions and behaviors that are perfectly legal. The following article will explore

some landlord rights in the tenant relations and property management arenas.

Rights of landlords renting Pittsburgh, PA properties

Foreclosure

One of the most important rights a landlord has is the right to evict tenants. There are three conditions under which the landlord is legally able to evict tenants from a rental property:

The tenant has not paid rent owed in full.

The tenant’s lease term is up, and the landlord wishes to put the property up for rent or sale.

The tenant violated a section of the rental agreement (or lease).

Though there are fewer concrete rules outlining how an eviction notice should be delivered, it helps the landlord’s case immensely if he or she follows common sense.

First, the landlord should not deliver an eviction notice by mail. Just as a citizen can ignore a jury duty summons by saying he or she never received it, a tenant facing imminent eviction can simply deny that he or she ever received an eviction notice. The landlord has every right to state in the lease the maximum length of time permissible between eviction notice and removal of tenants. Many landlords opt not to do this, however – in which case, they are advised to refer to the Landlord-Tenant Law of 1951. It is the only rubric available for tenant eviction in Pennsylvania.

The landlord can lawfully evict the tenant with 30 days notice for leases less than 365 days (1 year) in length. 90 days notice is required for leases one year or longer. Some landlords do not use written leases with tenants. Legally, this is an inadvisable move; the landlord does not want to inadvertently cede rights to the tenant. However, if the landlord does not use written leases, 30 days’ notice for eviction is standard.

If tenant eviction proceedings are pending, the landlord’s best bet is to keep written documentation of all communications, payments, and incidents with tenants. The landlord must be prepared to demonstrate when a tenant stopped paying rent, how much rent the tenant owes, and/or how the tenant violated terms of the lease. If the tenant brings suit against the landlord for eviction-related grievances, this documentation is invaluable. In order to keep the law on his or her side, a landlord must not take rash actions against a tenant facing eviction. The landlord should not use police to forcibly evict the tenant before the eviction notice term is up, nor should he or she resort to “dirty fighting tactics,” such as locking the tenant out or cutting off all utilities services to the rental home or unit.

The following form can be used if the landlord wishes to bypass eviction notice requirements and bring the eviction to magistrate court:

NOTICE TO LEAVE THE LEASED PROPERTY (NOTICE TO QUIT)

Tenant agrees to give up certain legal rights as provided by the LANDLORD and TENANT ACT OF 1951. No notice will be required to be given by Landlord and Tenant to leave and give up the leased property.

Tenant will be asked to leave the leased property without notice under any of the following conditions.

Tenant does not leave the property at the end of the lease term.

Tenant breaks any of the terms and conditions of the lease.

Tenant fails, upon demand, to make all rent and other payments when due.

__________________ Tenant’s Initials

Other Pittsburgh, PA landlord rights

The landlord has the right to charge the tenant late fees for rent past due. It is recommended that the landlord disclose the past-due penalty sum in the lease before the tenant signs it. The landlord also has the right to request a security deposit of an amount up to and including two months’ rent. The landlord is prohibited by Pennsylvania state law from charging higher amounts; however, it is also the landlord’s legal right to charge a once-yearly security deposit, so long as each deposit owed after the first year of rental does not exceed one month’s rent.

It is advisable that a landlord return the security deposit to a tenant or tenants once the rental lease is up. However, a landlord can refuse to refund a tenant part or all of the security deposit if the tenant has caused damages to the unit that are not the result of natural aging or wear. To avoid legal disputes, the landlord should meticulously document the condition of the apartment before the tenant moves in and after he or she leaves, including photographing unit interiors and exteriors. Landlords are required by law to provide a list enumerating tenant-caused damages 30 days or less after tenants vacate rental units.

Many legal hassles with tenants can be avoided by carefully pre-screening all would-be renters. Though a landlord is prohibited by law from turning away tenants on the basis of gender, race, creed, or other personal characteristics, landlords can turn down tenant applications if tenants have poor credit, smoke, or own pets – all of these tenant characteristics can interfere with the rental process. A landlord has the legal right to run a credit and background check on the tenant. To avoid issues with late or non-existent rent

payments, the landlord should contact a potential tenant’s current employer(s), and request pay stubs from any prospective tenants as proof of ability to pay rent. Finally, because people are often prone to repeating the same behavior time and again, references from former landlords are crucial to avoid potential tenant problems.

As a little girl I often loved to dress up as a gypsy, whether it was for Halloween or just for play. Maybe it’s because I long to be free to do as I want and go where I wish, without the societal constraints we have to live by (that’s why pirates are so fascinating to people too). Whatever it is, creating a fortune teller costume was the highlight of Halloween.

Back then there weren’t many places to buy fancy costumes (nor did we have the money), so putting my own costume together was a bit of a challenge. Today we can purchase practically any costume we can think of and there are some pretty nice fortune teller Halloween costumes to choose from.

Make Money

** A Brief History of Gypsy Costumes **

The gypsy people were called Roma or Romani. They are made up of loose nomadic tribes that wandered much of the European countries during the Middle Ages and often lived in caravans. There are still nomadic gypsies in the world today.

In the 15th and 16th centuries, the basic dress of the woman was a simple robe gathered at the neck worn over an under gown made of chemise. They also wore a length of cloth which was draped down the back, around the opposite waist, up the front and tied at the shoulder (think Roman toga). A turban was worn on the head.

As time went on, fashions changed. For the most part, gypsies actually dressed very similar to the peasants of the area in which they traveled and cultural dress of the time. Most of the style of gypsy clothing that we picture today probably came from the Renaissance period when laced vests, flounced skirts, men’s breeches and pirate shirts were more popular.

** Making a Gypsy Halloween Costume **

For those that want to put together their own gypsy costume or are planning on being a “fortune teller” for Halloween this year, you may have to do a bit of shopping around at used clothing stores for some items. If you are handy with a sewing machine, there are many fortune teller costume patterns available as well. Here are some suggestions for both men and women (and boys/girls) that can easily be created once you get all the items:

Women/Girl’s Fortune Teller/Gypsy Outfit 1

* Long tired skirt in a bright color.

* Gypsy style shirt – gathered scooped neck, puffy sleeves gathered at the wrist or long wide flowing sleeves

* Brightly colored front-laced vest

* Black leotard stockings

* Black shoes

* Brightly colored sash for the waist

* Matching bandana for hair

* Gold hoop earrings and some long, colorful beaded necklaces, bangles for arms

Women/Girl’s Fortune Teller/Gypsy Outfit

* Long wide-flowing black skirt

* White peasant’s shirt

* Black front-laced vest

* Black stockings

* Black shoes

* Brightly colored apron or a shorter overskirt

* Long black wig with tight ringlets or curls

* Colored 2″ to 3″ wide headband

* Gold hoop earrings and some long, colorful beaded necklaces, bangles for arms

Men/Boys Gypsy/Pirate Costume

* Black or brown breeches

* Black boots

* White pirate shirt

* Long-length black or brown vest preferably trimmed with a gold-colored braiding

* Red or another colorful long scarf for the sash at the waist

* Colorful bandana

* One gold hoop earring

Let your imagination run wild with the colors and styles you could mix and match. The trick is to dress in layers and use clothing that is loose and flowing. Add jewelry like bangles, long flowing necklaces, large earrings and ankle bracelets to enhance your outfit. Use colorful sashes accent the waist (and also to hold daggers). Women could drape several sheer scarves from their waist to hang down in points around a solid colored skirt. Include headbands, bandanas and even eye patches for that gypsy pirate look. Purples, blues, greens, bright yellows, reds and blacks are the most popular colors and will make your outfit stand out.

Do you want a few simple changes that you can make in your daily routine that will dramatically change your body over time? The best part is that you don’t have to go any where to do these things, you can do them at home… or in your yard.

Home Fat Burning Tip #1

Work At Home

Get a few sprints in. Most people are so absorbed by doing lots of long term steady state cardio that they lose the benefits of working out in short bursts. These bursts force your body to go beyond what it is comfortable doing and therefore, makes you improve.

Sprint training will increase the stroke volume of the heart, increase lung capacity, and raise your metabolism all at the same time. Make sure to get a few sprints in at least twice per week.

Home Fat Burning Tip #2

Up the protein. By getting at least one gram of protein per lean pound of bodyweight, you tell your body that “hunting is good” and you’ll naturally begin to release more body fat over time.

One of the current downfalls of many diets is the fact that they don’t take an active lifestyle into account. It’s tough to follow a commercial diet designed for inactive people when an active body needs so many more nutrients (like protein).

Home Fat Burning Tip #3

Up your water intake. With over 70% of the population chronically dehydrated, it makes sense that the easiest thing you can do is make sure YOU aren’t dehydrated. Nothing kills that fat burning process faster than a lack of water. Make sure you try to cover one gallon of water per day to be safe.

So there you go, 3 easy steps you can take to maximize your fat burning success.

 Burn Fat At Home – 3 Things You Can Do

Brad Howard loves delving into the “meat and potatoes” of all of the misinformation generated by the diet and fitness industry today. An industry veteran for years, his Fat Loss Black Book completely shatters all of the myths and misguided, outdated advice being propagated today.
